AMU VC presides RCA Advisory Committee Meeting

Aligarh:Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Vice Chancellor, Professor Tariq Mansoor today presided over the Advisory Committee Meeting of the Residential Coaching Academy (RCA).

Welcoming the delegates, AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Mansoor discussed ways of motivating students from various faculties to appear for UPSC examinations. He pointed out that all the faculties should have mentors for encouraging students to choose civil services as their career.
Prof Faizan Mustafa (Vice Chancellor, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad) and Mr Naved Masood (retd IAS Officer) also attended the meeting. Mr Masood’s voluntary services in mentoring civil services aspirants are taken by the Hamdard Study Circle, New Delhi and AMU students and academics will benefit from his studies and insight.
Prof Parvez Talib, Prof Asmer Beg, Prof Kaleemuddin, Prof Saghir Ansari (Director, RCA), Dr Mohd Azam Khan (Deputy Director, RCA) and Dr Irfanullah Farooqui (Assistant Director, RCA) were also present in the meeting.
