AMU EC to recommend panel for new VC’s appointment

Aligarh:A special meeting of the Aligarh Muslim University’s Executive Council (EC) will take place on January 28, 2017 to recommend the University Court,
a panel of five names for the appointment of the new Vice Chancellor under the concerned Statutes of the University.  AMU Registrar, Professor Javaid Akhtar informed that the meeting will be held at the Administrative block from 10:30 on Jan 28.
Meanwhile, a special meeting of the University Court will follow on February 4, 2017 from 11: 00 am onwards at the NRSC Club, AMU to consider a panel of five names to be recommended by the EC.
