TCS hires 79 AMU students

Aligarh:Atleast 79 students from the Zakir Hussain College of Engineering and Technology (ZHCET) and Department of Computer Science have been hired by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The students were selected after a 31-member TCS team interviewed them.
Professor Hassan Irtaza, Training and Placement Officer, ZHCET said that the success of these students is a testimony to their hard work, reputation of the institute, dedication and guidance offered by the faculty members. He added that the Training and Placement Office is committee to provide them every facility to excel.

Prof Mumtaz Ahmad Khan, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology and Prof M M Sufyan Beg, Principal, ZHCET congratulated the students on their achievements.

During an interaction with TPO Engineering college team, headed by Prof Irtaza, which included Assistant TPOs Dr Saleem Anwar Khan and Dr Naushad Alam, the recruiting team appreciated the quality of the selected students and AMU’s standard of education.

Meanwhile, Prof Irtaza also confirmed that M/S ThoughtWorks India Private Limited has hired a B Tech Computer Science student to work with them.
