RDA term expires, elections for new term announced

Aligarh: The Resident Doctor’s Association (RDA) of Aligarh Muslim University after a recently held ‘Chairs Meeting’ has unanimously decided to expire the current RDA term and selected Dr Faheem Javed (SR - Pathology) as Chief Election officer for the next RDA election procedure.

Meanwhile, nomination forms have been invited from enrolled and not currently suspended RDA members for the posts of President, Vice President, General Secretary and Treasurer reserved for JR-1, 2, 3 and SRs only. Nominations have also been invited for the post of Joint Secretary reserved for interns (MBBS/BDS) only.Rs 500 is the nomination fee and August 6, 2016 is the last date of filing nominations while August 9, 2016 is the last date of withdrawing nominations.The care takers of the nomination forms have informed that the final speech of the contestants will take place on August 12, 2016 are the RDA and the polling will take place on August 13, 2016.
