Prof Mobin attend CORCON 15

Aligarh:Professor Mohammad Mobin, Department of Applied Chemistry, ZH College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University recently attended the International Corrosion Conference and Expo CORCON 15 held at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai. The event was organized by NACE International Gateway India Section, in association with the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals and Department of Commerce & Industry, Govt of India, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Department of Commerce, United States of America.


Professor Mobin presented his research paper on ‘Conducting polymers as corrosion protective coatings’ during the conference. He informed that the conference attracted participants from various parts of the world such as USA, Canada, Japan, Netherlands, Germany, China, South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Kuwait, Qatar, etc. Professor Mobin said that internationally reputed manufacturers and service providers exhibited their latest products and technologies in the Expo of CORCON 2015.

He further informed that the corrosion conference CORCON is held annually and is one of the largest conference organized in this part of the world with large participation of corrosion experts and professionals from industries, research organizations and universities.
