AMU is organizing a mega international job fair "RecrufestI6"

ALIGARH:Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Training & Placement Office (General) AMU is organizing a mega international job fair "RecrufestI6" for the students of the university on 2nd and 3rd April 2016.
35 reputed MNCs belonging to different sectors like Real Estate, IT, ITES, telecom, Management, Finance and Banking, event management, services, journalism, insurance, education, social work, tourism, etc., are scheduled to participate in the mega event. Such reputed companies as Al-farabi, Faisaljassim, L&T Insurance, Azem Premji Foundation, Marya Day Frozen food, Secura HR Solution, Bhartiya Axa etc are going to participate and select our students.

The objective of this event, Recrufest' 16, is to provide maximum job opportunities for the students of AMU at large scale and to decrease the regional unemployment. Another purpose of this event is to promote AMU in the corporate world as well as in various other fields and open the doors for the students at an International Level.
This programme is taking place under the guidance of Prof. Rizwan Khan, Director IQAC & Organizing Secretary, Dr. Khurram Nisar, Joint Organizing Secretary and Mr. Saad Hameed TPO AMU and Coordinator of Recrufest.
The organizing team of Recrufest' 16 is going to various halls of AMU to sensitize students about career opportunities in different fields and motivate the students for their participation. The students are also being made aware about the role of placements in different companies in their respective fields under the banner of programme named "LET'S TALK CAREER". They have already conducted two interactive sessions in LG Hall & Abdullah Hall and are going to conduct next two interactive sessions in Habib Hall & R.M.Hall.

The Event Manager, Ashar Rais said, "A career in academics is almost impossible to manage without the support of Career Counsellors and teachers".
"In the history of Aligarh, it's one of the biggest job fair which is going to open many different paths for students" said Rabia Haider, student of MBA.
The team of the Recrufest' 16 include Mehraj Ali (Team Leader), Mohd Wasim Akram (Convener) and Md. Ashar Rais (Event Manager), besides other more than 180 team members.
