The camp, which will start from 9: 00 am onwards, will take place at the Pediatric Ward 17, JNMCH.Associate Professor, Dr Kamran Afzal said that the camp will have a free of cost detailed history and complete physical examination of children, blood pressure measurement, anthropometry and renal function tests in selected cases.
He confirmed that the ‘World Kidney Day’ observation will also have a Poster and Quiz competition for undergraduate medical students on March 8, lecture and educational video for patients and their attendants in Ward 16 on March 9 and distribution of educational pamphlets on symptoms of kidney disease to the public.
