Dr Rathi is the first faculty member of Dr ZA Dental College to receive this fellowship. The fellowship has been awarded to her in the field of Dental Implantology, in which she conducted a study and worked with numerous patients, who wanted to have new set of teeth which should be fixed ones.
Dr Rathi informed that in dental implantology procedure, the missing or even complete set of teeth could be replaced with the new fixed ones, through a minor surgery. She said that this procedure is one of the latest technologies in the field of dentistry, which is beneficial owing to the fact that it does not damage the present tooth structure.
