ALIGARH: Dr. Rahat Abrar, former Public Relations Officer, who had recently been appointed as Director, Urdu Academy in the Aligarh Muslim University, shall continue to head the Public Relations Office, according to an office order.The order reads that Dr. Abrar has been appointed as Member-in-Charge, Public Relations Office, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, with immediate effect.
