Prof Naqvi appointed as Adjunct Faculty

Aligarh:Prof S Alim Husain Naqvi, Principal Co-ordinator, Centre of Excellence in Materials Sciences (Nanomaterial), Department of Applied Physics has been appointed as an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Applied Physics. The AMU Vice Chancellor, Lt General Zameer Uddin Shah (retd) has approved Prof Naqvi’s empanelment on an Expert Committee recommendation.
Prof Naqvi will continue as an Adjunct Faculty for a period of three years, subject to annual review.Prof Naqvi has also been informed that he will be allotted a teaching load equal to 14 hours-a-week teaching load of a professor by the Chairperson, Department of Applied Physics and will be entitled for an honorarium of Rs 10,000/- per lecture (maximum Rs 4,000/- a day) subject to maximum of Rs 80,000/- per month.
