AMU B Tech student scores 98.89 percentile in CAT

Aligarh:Areeb Abdur Rahman, a student of B. Tech. (Electronics Engineering) at the ZH College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University has scored 98.89 percentile in the Common Admission Test (CAT). Areeb achieved this feat in his first attempt.


Earlier, Areeb has qualified the Regional Maths Olympiad (RMO) and secured first rank in the National Cyber Olympiad in UP. He has a track record of remarkable academic performances in his Class X and XII exams.

This year, around 179600 students appeared in CAT from all over the country. At present, there are 19 IIMs in the country, which offers admission to students who deliver above par performance in CAT.
