Aligarh:At least 13 students of Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University have been selected for admissions to the Ph D and M Tech courses at various centres of IIT.
Professor M Afzal Ansari, Chairperson, Department of Physics informed that Mr Ruhul Amin, Mr Majidul Rahman and Mr Ramij Raja have got selected at the IIT Indore, Mr Mohd Yasir Khan at IIT Delhi, Mr Mohd Salman Siddiqui at IIT Mumbai, Mr Abdul Q Batin and Mr Mohd Tasirul Islam at IIT Patna in the Ph D course. He said that at the same time Mr Kashif Usman, Mr Habeebur Rehman, Mr Md Tahirul Qadir and Mr Rajibul Islam have secured admissions in the M Tech course at the IIT Delhi.
Professor Ansari further informed that Ms Sunaina has been selected for admission to both Ph D and M Tech course at the Indore and Delhi centres of IIT, respectively.
He congratulated the successful students and said that their hard work has led them to the remarkable success.
