ALIGARH:The Kerala High Court has dismissed the Writ Petition raising objection on the appointment of Dr. H. Abdul Azeez as the Director, Malappuram Centre of the Aligarh Muslim University.
The petition, filed by Dr. Alassan Kutty, Associate Professor and Head, Department of History, FarooK College and Dr. K. Abdul Hameed, Principal, Regional College of Science & Humanities, Malappuram, was found of no merit by the court of Justice Vinod Chandra who upheld the appointment of Dr. Aziz and dismissed the petition.
